- Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, natural events, or courier delays beyond our control.
Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and invoice should be included.
- Return requests must be submitted before sending the product back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video showing the package from opening to the product inspection, if available. This helps verify transit-related issues.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, installed, or modified.
- The product is damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- The request is made after the return period has expired.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If cancellation is approved after processing has begun, applicable processing or shipping charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
